Version One's DbForm enables the electronic design of business documents, thereby enhancing the default output from ERP and accounting systems. DbForm, which is invisible to the end-user, is extremely flexible and functionally rich, enabling all manner of documents to be created directly from the desktop.

DbForm is used as the core of many Version One document management software solutions, not only for enhanced printing but also for automated e-mailing, faxing and archiving. DbForm is also used as an integration tool – automating conversions including:

XML to CSV

DbForm takes raw data and merges it with document templates, designed and individually formatted for each organisation. The resulting document can then be delivered electronically or printed onto a laser printer, using plain A4 paper, to create sophisticated output files without the need for pre-printed and multipart stationery allowing high volume printing.
