Document management and imaging software author, Version One, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Irish business applications software re-seller, Calyx Software. This partnership provides Calyx’s Agresso Business World, CODA Financials and Microsoft Dynamics GP customers with Version One’s integrated document management and imaging solutions, fulfilling the growing demand for document management functionality amongst Irish businesses.

Using Version One’s integrated solutions, Calyx’s customers can now replace the paper-based creation, postage, storage and retrieval of financial documents with paperless, automated processes.

By electronically creating, storing, retrieving, delivering, authorising and managing financial documents directly from their Agresso, CODA and Microsoft GP accounting/enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, Calyx customers can cut costs, improve efficiency, free-up document storage space and reduce paper waste.
