New Partnership Shows Version One's Commitment to Providing Document Management to Microsoft Users

Document management and imaging software author, Version One, has today announced its partnership with UK-based Microsoft re-seller VAR One (www.varone.co.uk), demonstrating Version One's ongoing commitment to providing the Microsoft base with document management functionality. VAR One specialises in the Microsoft Dynamics Suite and is the UK's fastest growing Microsoft value-added re-seller.
This new partnership provides VAR One's Microsoft CRM users with Version One's integrated document management and imaging software for the electronic creation, delivery, storage, management and authorisation of business documents. In addition, Version One's DbCapture system allows users to automatically capture data from incoming documents such as sales contracts, sales and service orders, reducing manual data entry by up to 80%.
With Version One's integrated systems, VAR One's customers can expect a return on their investment within just six months as well as reduced costs and improved process efficiencies. These systems also dramatically cut paper use across the business, supporting organisations' environmental agendas.
