Environmental Project of the Year 2011
Document management and imaging software author, Version One, in partnership with Blenheim Palace, has won the 'Environmental Project of the Year' category of the Green IT Awards 2011. This is the second successive year that Version One has been declared a Green IT Awards winner after its tree planting scheme won the 'Best Carbon Offsetting Scheme of the Year' category in 2010. This year's winners were announced at an awards ceremony on 19 May 2011 held at London Zoo.

BASDA Green Software Provider of the Year 2010 Winner
Version One also claimed the BASDA Green Software Provider of the Year award. Judged by the Business Application Software Developers Association (BASDA), this award goes to the entrant that best demonstrates how it has developed and deployed innovative green software solutions.

Green Hero Award 2010 Winner
Version One, has been presented with an International Green Hero Award from independent environment group, The Green Organisation. This is the fifth year running that Version One has been awarded with this prestigious accolade in recognition of the environmental credentials.

'Best Carbon Offsetting Scheme of the Year' 2010
Document management and imaging software author, Version One, has won the ‘Best Carbon Offsetting Scheme of the Year' category of the Green IT Awards 2010 for its tree planting scheme. Version One was declared the winner at an awards ceremony on 22 April 2010 (Earth Day) held at London Zoo.

Green Apple Award 2009 Winner
Version One was presented with the Green Apple Award by former Bond Girl, Alexandra Bastedo, during a ceremony hosted by Rt Hon Patricia Hewitt MP at the House of Commons. Version One has been a Green Apple Award winner every year since 2003 and in 2008 was presented with the Green Champion award – the highest accolade available.

Green Apple Green Champion Award 2008 Winner
Version One, has been presented with a ‘Green Champion' award (science and technology category) at the National Green Apple Environment Awards in recognition of the positive environmental impact of its document management software.

Green Hero Award 2008 Winner
Version One was presented with an International Green Hero Award at a ceremony at the Tower of London on Monday 2nd June 2008 in recognition of the company's Carbon Neutral Initiative.

Green Apple Award 2007 Gold Winner
A Green Apple Award was presentation to Version One by Professor David Bellamy in recognition of the company's Carbon Neutral Initiative, which was launched in October 2006.
