Version One Named One of Top Job-Creating Companies in Europe

Version One made the Europe’s 500 listing after enjoying an employment growth of 68.8% and a turnover growth of 52.4% (between 31 December 2002 and 31 December 2005). Cheshire-based Version One is just one of 72 companies from the United Kingdom to make the 2006 listing.

Launched under the patronage of the European Commission, Europe's 500 is the only independent, pan-European listing of high growth, job-creating companies. Covering organisations from 25 EU member states plus Iceland, Norway and Switzerland, the 2006 listing is the most comprehensive yet.

Bray adds, “With an increasing number of businesses recognising the benefits of using paperless office technologies for the electronic storage and handling of business documents, we forecast a continued, worldwide demand for our systems. To meet this demand, we’ll need to recruit additional staff and reseller partners over the course of 2007.”
