In 2005, manufacturer of engineered sealing solutions, PTM UK Ltd, recognised that it needed to improve its processes across the business as they were inefficient, repetitive and far too reliant on paper. With up to 20 pieces of paper relating to every single customer order, PTM had to store company documentation in over 30 filing cabinets.
